My husband & I just wanted to write a note of thanks to Scott’s Roofing for doing such a great job installing our new roof. Right from the start when Tommy Scott came out for the estimate appointment he really took the time and care to make sure we were informed, he was very thorough, and made sure he understood our needs by offering an array of different options.
They set the date for the job and actually showed up when they said they would and on time! They were very organized, the job was done efficiently and they kept us informed along the way, Wesley was a pleasure to work with. When a couple of trouble spots showed up once the old roof was removed, Tommy Scott went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired correctly and that we were happy with their work. They cleaned up the jobsite so well at the end of the day you could hardly tell they were there!
We’ve dealt with numerous contractors in the past who do not follow through on the promises made, but we have to say we were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that they showed. We would highly recommend Scott’s Roofing and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
