Modified Bitumen Torch Down Roofing System.  The blend of synthetic rubberized polymers with asphalt makes the torch-down roofing system extremely flexible.  During climate change or extreme weather conditions, torch-down roofing can shift as required and resist brittleness.  Torch-down roofing also provides excellent waterproofing and insulation qualities, and is a fire, wind, and hail rated roofing system.

• We handle the entire permitting process including the final inspection of your roofing project.
• On average most roofing projects are completed within two days unless there is extensive carpentry required.
• Every project is fully supervised by a professional foreman and inspected for quality control.
• We use #30 lb. felt on all projects. We use a double layer of #30 lb. felt on roofs with a low slope as required by code.
• We use 6 nails on all shingles, even though code requires only 4 nails.
• We install all lead flashing and exhaust vents to compliment the shingle color.
• We use 4’ off-ridge vent or aluminum venting per customer preference.
• Upon completion we use a sweeping magnet around the perimeter of the roofing project.
• Workmanship Warranty from Scott’s Roofing is 5 years.  Warranty on Roofing Repairs is 1 year.
•  Manufacturer Warranty on shingles is 30 years for a 30-year Architectural Shingle.
